• 位置与天气：在你授权后，我们使用近似位置获取当地天气、空气质量和极端天气提醒。用于后台统计的位置会降低到城市级或约 0.1° 精度；我们不为该统计保存原始 IP 地址。
• 购买信息：App Store 交易凭证、订阅状态、到期时间及与账号绑定所需的交易标识。付款信息由 Apple 处理，我们不接收完整银行卡资料。
• 使用与支持信息：拍餐次数、功能交互、错误与性能信息，以及你主动提交的反馈、建议和联系内容。

Information We Collect

• Account and identity data: email address, account ID, and the Apple, Google, or WeChat sign-in identifiers you choose to link. We do not receive your third-party account passwords.
• Meal and wellness records: meal, menu, receipt, or order images you choose to upload; recognition candidates; confirmed foods and portions; nutrition history; and constitution or dietary preferences you provide.
• Location and weather: with permission, we use approximate location for local weather, air quality, and severe-weather alerts. Administrative analytics are reduced to city level or about 0.1-degree precision, and raw IP addresses are not retained for that location reporting.
• Purchase data: App Store transaction evidence, subscription state, expiration, and transaction identifiers required to associate membership with your account. Apple processes payment details; we do not receive full card information.
• Usage and support data: meal-scan counts, feature interactions, error and performance data, plus feedback or support content you submit.

How We Use Information

• To provide sign-in, cross-device sync, meal-image recognition, nutrition records, weather and seasonal content, severe-weather alerts, and membership benefits.
• To personalize dietary wellness references using confirmed meals, preferences, approximate location, and seasonal context.
• To validate subscriptions, enforce daily scan allowances, restore purchases, and respond to account, privacy, and support requests.
• To evaluate recognition accuracy, reliability, and product use through aggregated analytics or restricted audit review, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

信息共享

• 我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会把你的数据用于跨公司或跨 App 的定向广告跟踪。

Information Sharing

• We do not sell personal information and do not use your data for cross-company or cross-app targeted-advertising tracking.
• To perform features you request, necessary data may be processed by contracted service providers for cloud hosting, email, image recognition and AI inference, weather, sign-in, and Apple subscription infrastructure.
• We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to defend legal rights. Processing may occur across borders with reasonable contractual and security safeguards.

保存与安全

• 账号同步的餐食照片和营养历史通常会保存到你删除相关餐食或账号为止。为检查识别准确率而保留的受限审计副本及分析结果最长保存 30 天后删除。

Retention and Security

• Synced meal photos and nutrition history are generally retained until you delete the related meal or account. Restricted audit copies and analysis retained to evaluate recognition accuracy are deleted after no more than 30 days.
• Subscription and security records are retained as needed for transaction fulfillment, fraud prevention, audit, and legal obligations. We use transport encryption, access controls, and least-privilege measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

你的隐私选择

• 你可以在 iOS 设置中关闭相机、照片、位置或通知权限；部分依赖这些权限的功能将无法使用。

Your Privacy Choices

• You can disable camera, photo, location, or notification permission in iOS Settings; features that depend on that permission may stop working.
• In Me, you can unlink sign-in methods, delete meal records, or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes associated cloud meal history and photos, except limited transaction or security records required by law.
• You can manage or cancel membership in your Apple ID subscription settings. After cancellation, benefits continue through the paid period.
• To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity.
